I just got off the phone this afternoon with grim reaper, i just bought a new pack of the razorcuts and was shooting them into my morrell broadhead target. 2 out of 3 Of the blades broke inside my target. Simply put the guy i spoke with said " We stand behind our product, i'm transfering you to a girl who will take your name and address and we'll ship new ones out to you." My jaw hit the floor! No questions, No bull dung, just straight up customer service. Thats awesome. I have shot these for a few years now and love them, now i'll never switch! Just a heads up. Archers helping archers.
