shoot a group from your max comfort zone. Then you move your rest in or out a little bit and see if your group gets better. If it gets better move it more if it gets worse move it the other way. Once you have you group getting tighter move it that way until it starts getting worse then move it back to the last position. Do the same for elevation by moving nock up or down. Just make sure you move in small increments and only count the quality shots.
