our first few years at the Butler County fairgrounds, we were able to use the smaller of the two halls for a practice area. We expanded to the point that we had to use both halls for the competition. the good news is, in the last 6 months a new spacious friendly indoor range has opened up that is less than 3 miles from the main venue. The venue is on the corner of Route Four and Route 129 on the NE side of Hamilton, Ohio. The new archery range-called Archery World USA is less than a half mile East of Route Four a couple miles south of the Butler County Fair grounds. They are open 11-8 on M-F (Friday night at 630-8 they have a 10 dollar money league) and 10-8 on Saturdays. For JOADs coming into town Thursday or mid day on Friday, AW would be an ideal warm up venue. Sunday is 2-6 but I will talk to the management about perhaps opening a bit earlier that day for the PM line shooters. they can accommodate up to 40 archers (an A and B) line. For compound archers who have need of a press etc, their people are top flight and they have the equipment you'd expect in a premier shop.

also in the area -about a 15-20 minute drive is Targetworld. They have a small range (4 people at once-up to 25 yards) and are open 10-9 week days and saturday and 10-6 on Sundays. During the weekdays, Level IV coach Brandon Alyward is there 10-5. HE works every other saturday and there is sometimes another tech there. they are located right off of the beltway one exit east of I 75 (Mosteller road exit-you can see them from the beltway as they lie just south of it).

so for our out of town archers coming to our USAA events in Hamilton those are two pro shops in the area if you need something.
