I have a monster 7 and I was set at 70 lbs for a year. This year I wanted to lower my draw weight to 65 lbs. I took it to my bow guy and he lowered the weight and now I have terrible hand sock. I have been told I need new strings. Is this true or has anyone else had this problem? Help please

Wild Boyz, black mamba style? Take it to a different Mathews dealer and let him evaluate the bow. I lowered my from 72 to 68 for a couple weeks just to test it and I didn't notice more shock than I had maxed out.

Sorry from me too. Something is not right with your bow. Perhaps something is loose causing some vibration? check it over then get it back to the shop if you cant find anything obvious.

Never had the problem. Your bow guy may have backed one of the limb bolts out further than the other.
