Just recieved a dozen arrows flethed with 4" duravanes, I have shot 5 of them and the fletching is falling apart, starts tearing at the front of the fletch and works back, there not coming unglued they are tearing, I am using a whisker biscuit and have for a few years and have never had a problem with vanes falling apart like these. Oh, and there not being damaged by my target they are not even close to overpenetrating. Any Ideas.

contact with the WB is all I can think of. I'm dealing with vane contact myself right now that is somewhat of a mystery.

put a dab of fletching glue on the base of each vane. I had the same problem and it solved it
