So I put a 26” factory cam in my older 28” Helim for my 14 year old and it seemed to be shooting great. He loved it and was shooting pretty good and even shot his first deer/buck with a bow in January.

Roll forward thru Covid and just took it out of my air conditioned closet and now it seems to have a rattle. No cracks in a limb and have checked accessory bolts. Any thoughts?

Could be. To be clear poor choice of words on my part. It is more of a buzz than a rattle. Is there a way to check for a bad bearing without a bow press and removing from bow?
Thump the riser with your hand and listen close. Should be able to pinpoint it.

Probable need to remove the seal VERY CAREFULLY grease the bearing, reinstall seal. I had to do the one in my HeliM idler. I used white silicon reel grease. Super lune makes a great white grease too.

My guess is bad bearing. I replaced one for a customer about 3 years ago that did a lot of shooting, and you could, as someone else mentioned, bump the bow and hear a little buzz.
