After talking to Ed (Rattleman on here) from Anne Arundel Archers, I decided to join the site. Lots of good information on here. I'm currently trying to improve my shooting. I started again last fall after a long hiatus (since my childhood). Ed was also nice enough to tell me about Macrotech in Brooklyn, MD. The guy that runs it, Len, is totally awesome. He adjusted my bow and helped my wife find her first one. I highly recommend Macrotech if you live in the area.
Anyway, my next step is to try and transition from my shooting glove - I'm starting to have problems with fishtailing arrows at the range, and I've read other posts that this may be caused by grooves forming in the leather that catch the string on release. If anyone thinks otherwise, let me know
. I've ordered a finger tab, so I should be trying that out this weekend (as long as I'm not sick anymore).
