This just started recently but it is bugging the hell out of me.

When I'm drawing I get a pulling pain in my bicep (arm I am drawing with) about 4 fingers down from the shoulder. I swear I can feel TWO points of discomfort.

I figure it's too low for arthritis or bursitis, and I DO warm up before I shoot.

Am I on my way to a torn whatchamacallit, or should I just apply heat, or cold, or ???

Thanks!

i had the same thing. For now apply some ice. Take ibuprofin and later apply heat. Give it a couple days rest. Then lower the draw weight of the bow between 5# and 10#.

Stop shooting and go see your doctor. Anything else is mearly guessing. Did you do anything to put undue stress on your shoulder or bicep?

Biofreeze

Try a product called Biofreeze. Can't guarantee, but it helps me!
