In the world of Engineering they have a saying:

You can have it good, fast, and cheep. The catch, you can only have two of the three, which two do you want?

For rest, a similar issue would exist, you want it good, cheep, and I assume durable?

Give us some parameters to let us know what price you want to pay, how much noise you can tolerate, and how durable you require, and I'll try to give some help.

For now, consider a launcher style rest over a fall-a-way system. They are usually low noise when properly installed, and they are less expensive than fall-a-ways. A whisker biscuit will work, but it is not silent, but can be low noise. Golden Key makes some great launcher style rest, and a good pro shop can give directions. Truth is, there are a lot of options available and I could give you some more directions if you PM me with some info. :thumbs_up
