Help tuning PSE Madness Hybrid Cam

So to fix vertical tears, is my only option moving the rest or D-loop?
That's certainly the easiest method. Does the MH cam have cables stops top and bottom? I don't recall; I know the HD has one only on the bottom.
The tuning marks are really just for reference; for draw length and for cam synch. On a bow that has stops top and bottom; cams are in synch when the stops hit at the same time.
In many cases the tuning marks don't line up when the stops hit at the same time; so I don't get hung up on them too much.

For a bow that only has a stop on bottom; there's no choice but to line up the tuning marks; then check the DL, and make adjustments as needed to either the string or cables.
As far as tuning; twisting cables up (i.e. shortening them) always UNADVANCES a cam. Twisting the buss or Y cable un-advances the bottom cam and twisting the control cable un-advances the top cam.
One could argue that un-advancing the top cam is the same as advancing the bottom cam; but that's not really the case. The Y cable is fixed to the limbs so adjusting it has no bearing at all on the top cam.
The control cable is generally wound around the bottom cam track very tight to the axle; so twisting it has very minimal bearing on the bottom cam.
So to summarize: twisting unadvances a cam (tuning mark moves away from the riser); and untwisting advances a cam (tuning mark moves toward the riser).

To fix a high tear try adding a twist to the control cable.
