Draw length is 28.5 and the draw weight is 70.

Depending on the IBO of your Bow, with a 70# DW, 28.5" DL, 27.5" arrow length, 125 grain broadhead and 300 spine, I would use standard inserts or you will probably be underspined.

Depends on your setup. For your setup, if you use a 300 spine I would keep the length around 27.5". I like my arrow length at least 1" past my arrow rest. Keep in mind, increasing arrow length will weaken arrow spine. It is definitely better to have your arrow spine a little on the stiff side. My draw length is 29" and my arrow length is 27.5", from the valley of the nock to the end of the shaft.

It should I use a QAD HDX and my draw length is 29" and arrow length is 27.5 and my arrow is at least 1" past the arrow rest.
