Depending on point weight, a .400 arrow would be ok. If you want to use points/broadheads heavier than 100 gr, you should go to a .340 spine. In arrows such as PSE or Carbon Express, a 300 would be best.

I shot bullet holes with Maxima Hunter 250's at 27" long, 100 grain point, and 71# :)

By the way I had speed mods also.

I have an 06 Allegiance and needed to run it using my speed and arrow weight. The bow is an over achiever. Post your speed and your arrow weight and I will customize the BPF for you and let you know. @ 28" and 60 pounds with a 27" arrow I had to goto ACC 3-49's which by the bows database BPF were pretty stiff. Once I calibrated TAP to the bows actual performance I was able to tune them perfect.

The 400 is pretty weak, and the 340 shows as stiff but this how the 3-49 looked right out of the database for me too......
