Just got my son a Diamond edge, I want to set it up so we can shoot together. What should I do when it comes to arrow length. Should they be cut to fit his draw length or leave them a little long. It will max out at 29# and the the dl goes down to 18" which is what he will shoot it at for the time being. Probably the lower poundage setting as well. I had read that at that weight spine does not matter, I just want his arrows to be able to stick in some 3D targets and not bounce off

thanks for the help

I would cut them off myself. Atleast 1/2" past the front of the rest.

I think i have some left over 35/55 from my son if you need any. Free of course i'll loook

Kids grow fast , so if you want to be buying arrows in about 7- 12 months you might want to leave them long. How old is he? if he is not hunting live game he's accuracy won't be that important. The important thing is you taking him out to the great outdoors!!

Good Luck!!!
