trying to decide between GT 35/55 or 600 spine easton epics, just need a little help

3555 is on the top black triangle the 600 spine is the bottom....both were 100 grain total tip.

Shooting a Mathews Outback 29" @ 70#

I know everyone says Carbon Express but at $140/doz it is pretty pricey.
Can I get away with the Beaman or one of the other carbon mfgs.?
How do I know what size to get?

I am only going to hunt with them and shoot some spots for practice.
