Been shooting Gold Tip 5575's for hunting, thinking of changing to Easton Axis arrows, not familiar with how they spine, can y'all help?

The shaft length will be about 31" or 31.5".

340 or 300??????????????????????????????

Spine chart say's 300's. The way that Binary stores energy, I wouldn't do 340's......
