I bought a PSE Mach 12 about 9 months ago and it is my first bow. It came with a cheap sight on it that always rattled loose no matter how tight I tighted it to the bow. Recently I bought an Axion sight and got it sighted in perfectly the other day, but after about 50 shots I noticed the sight was started to become loose. Is this a common problem with the Mach 12 bows? Or does anyone know anything I can do to try to prevent this from happening? I don't have enough money to buy a different bow right now and really want to be able to shoot 3D this summer and hunt in the fall without having to tighten the sight all the time.

I'd go with thread tape before loctite. That way it won't be as difficult to take off if you ever want to switch sights. If the tape doesn't solve the problem, then go to loctite.

I will take the fletch tite string wax and put on the threads of the bolts. This has always worked for me. I did it on my Mach12 and the bolts never came loose.
