Just wondering if anyone else is seeing bucks dropping their horns already. Had two come into a local check station today and they had shed their antlers already one did it when running away from the guy after being shot.

i heard that last year..the butcher i bring my deer to had a guy come in with a one horned deer..wanted to save the head..Called the butcher later on that day to save it out for a cape, since he found the other horn he knocked off while shooting it:mg:

really?! according to outdoor life (or FS i dont remember) thats worth like 7,000-$10,000. or somewhere in the thousands (maybe not now though...thank you recession:frusty:

had in my hands friday,no doubt about it.hes having them put on a mount.
