horns that i didnt have to shoot

so i just got back from taking a little walk after i got home from work through an area that i dont usually go through that often [to close to some houses and super thick with green briars] and picked on a good looking trail that lead down to the creek at the bottm of the hill and right where i came to the creek crossing is a pile of bones and this nice little 8 pt skull in perfect condition. made it worth all the blood i lost gettin through the briars
must have been someones loss from last season

yeah, sometimes i enjoy finding this kind of stuff as much as actually shooting things....."sometimes":wink:

Good find.

There were a lot of cases of Hemorrhagic Disease last year. Could have been that vs. a hunters loss. They seem to want to go to water when they are dying of that disease.
