Horton Scout 125

Hello everyone, thank you for accepting me in this wonderful community.

My name is Simone, 29, and i write from Italy.

I have been an archer for about 15 years by now, and 3 years ago a friend of mine gave me a Horton Scout 125 as a gift, coming back from a trip to USA... i loved it.

Its ease of use and limited weight captured me immediately.

Unfortunately i had to sell it, because of economic issues... now solved:cocktail:

I am looking for that specific crossbow all over, but seems unfindable.

Can anyone help me? it is ok if used, but still in good function. I am obviously going to pay the shipment.

It is very important for me, i miss that little great piece of equipment.

well the old Horton company went out of business.....so you're going to have a hard time finding one unfortunately.

I would keep an eye out on ebay. They come up fairly often. Seem to sell well for a bow from a company that's out of business. Wonder if TWD connection really has anything to do with their popularity.

I have one in cellar I bought new a long time ago. Shot it quite a bit grandson killed a deer with it at 6 years old now 15. 9 Months before Horton closed up I sent it back for new limbs, string and cable. It's been hanging there since with about 10 shots on it since returned. I forgot about it until this thread. Send me a PM.

yup they usually fetch 350-500$ dollars because of that zombie series. never saw an episode but the fans luv that crossbow.
