Back in the days of the full FITA round where 90m was shot, some of the women were shooting in the mid 30s on the Olympic recurve. If you are shooting OR, you could flip your sight around [so the aperture is on the belly side of the bow] provided you get enough string clearance; the closer it is to your eye the more range you can get out of it. If it's bare bow, your arrow length also comes into play, as well as where you anchor.

Just too little info to help out. As for simply getting the arrows there, and granted I use a completely different aiming system than sighted archers, even my lightest recurve set up [maybe 28lbs] and 28.5" draw length can get full length NASP 1820s [probably north of 400gn] easily out to 40m [my longest training distance].

Regardless, what ever number you might get here is. meaningless if you can't get to those pounds, and
"I need to shoot Xlbs" is a poor tactic for developing your OR/bare bow form/technique.
