My club charges $25 a year for membership. You get to use the practice range all you want and you can shoot the field range as much as you want but you have to provide the target faces. Since we pick up the 3D targets after each shoot, you can't shoot 3D practice rounds.

archery club

The club I belong to charges $50.00 a year for singles and $75.00 for families.
That intitles you to shoot fee discounts at the local tournaments and all the free practice time you want 24/7 at our new indoor range where you can shoot up to 39 yards in a well lit well heated and air conditioned range.
out doors has a 10 thru 50 yard practice range. plus a 14 target field range.
located on 39 + acres of debt free woods. At one time we had 56 field targets but field archery in this area has died down a whole lot. Now we are one of only 3 field ranges in the state of Ky.
Go to our web site and check us out. several Ind and Ky state champions as well as national champions call Chickasaw Archery club inc home

Most of our local clubs charge a $25 membership fee. As a member you get $2-$5 off the normal shooting fee.

The local Wichita club, if I remember what I paid, was like $35 for a year, you get use of the practice eange, field range and 3-d that are left out.

The club in Maryland I belonged to was $100/125 per year but it was a archery and pistol club with a practice pistol range, indoor offical 20 yard archery range, 3 field courses and 3 to 4 3-D courses.

I believe it was 100 for family membership and you still had to pay 5$ for lanes. The reason it is so much now is that they had to move their lanes to busiest street in our city so they pay 2x the amount of rent for the space. They're hoping to be back up in a new place soon then the membership will be the same but no lane fee.

$25 for an individual. You can use the field course any time you want and there is a place to sight in out to 100 yards. (It's flat to about 70 yards and then slopes down and the yardage markers are off so bring your range finder.) It's $2 to practice indoors, but they are only open tues, wed and thurs nights from 5:00 to about 8:00 or 8:30PM.

The other place I shoot is open regular business hours, but is $8 hour.

I belong to two clubs. The one in my hometown costs $10 per year for unlimited shooting. The other club charges a $25 membership per year and a $15 league fee. Also, for another $25 I can rent a key that gives me unlimited access to the indoor range.

Here in NJ I am paying $100 a year. That allows me to use our 23 acre outdoor range and indoor range anytime I want. However, I get no discount on any shoot fees or league costs.

Holey crap! you guys are lucky, I would belong to a club tomorrow if it was that cheap here. The only thing I know of around here is the local conservation league I think. I shot spots there a few years ago. I asked what it cost to join. I don't remember the exact amount but it was around $200 a year, plus you had to commit to so many hours of service at a function or doing yard work or something like that. Like helping with a youth league, or setting up a 3-D shoot. I guess they have problems with people joining and then not helping set up or work events. Also there is clean up after storms and stuff.

I don't know all the details about the place, they really didn't seem to know much when I asked. It is fairly large though. It's not just archery either.

What do you get, let me see if I remember everything. Indoor archery range with a few vending machines. It is heated, sort of. They keep the heat down pretty low unless there is an event, but I think it's above 60 during the winter. There is also an indoor pistol/.22 rifle range. And an outdoor rifle range, outdoor archery and skeet. Plus a pond that I think had fish in it. Looked pretty nasty though when I saw it during a 3-D shoot.

I think you also get half off any league they have if you are a member. And I think you get a key to the indoor stuff with a deposit. The Archery was unlimited use any time of the day as long as there wasn't any thing going on in there. I don't know about the pistol range.

And this was 2 or 3 years ago, so I don't know what it costs now, I didn't join, but I have been thinking about it.

Kelly may know more, I don't know if he is a member or not. I am friends with the son in law of one of the main guys that runs it so I could find out more if I had to. My friend isn't even a member any more.

I wish I could find a place with indoor shooting for under 100 bucks a years. Well, one that was close any way.

$60 a year for me and the wife can shoot anytime indoor (30 yards), lighted outdoor to 90 Yards targets provided, 3D daylight hours left out 40 targets, and a special 3D on weekends cost $5 shoot all day. Have to put in 5 hours of work time each year also.
