If I were to switch from a 400 size shaft that is 8.4 gpi to 350 size shaft that its 8.3 gpi will it make a huge difference when I shoot?

If I were to switch from a 400 size shaft that is 8.4 gpi to 350 size shaft that its 8.3 gpi will it make a huge difference when I shoot?[/QUO Arrow weight is measured two ways- Actual mass weight of the arrow( usually measured in grains) and spine weight( deflection or bending of the shaft) The mass weights you listed are so close that the speed of the arrow would change very little( maybe 1 fps ) The biggest gain would be in correcting the poor flight of an underspined arrow or increasing the poundage of the bow to take advantage of the 350's stiffer spine weight . In a nutshell, if the 400's tune well and fly correctly there is no reaqson to change to the 350's.
