Depends on which bow you have....Most are 2lbs per turn,Some are 2.5lbs.
Just don't go no more than 5 total on each limb.

How much poundage is taken off with one full turn on a new mathews bow that was closewise maxed out???? I did 1 1/2 turns on each limb and its a 70lb bow
