I've talked to one/two like that there @ HOYT. But then I asked to speak to whoever was in charge of customer relations and actually made some headway. I don't remember the guy's name though.....Steve or Scott ....I really can't remember, but he made follow up calls to me a couple of days later to make sure I received everything we talked about. Nice guy.

There's always a bigger fish lurking behind the little ones that answer the phones....don't be afraid to ask to speak to that big Tuna!

if the little fish are jerks you can put the big Tuna in a can with some oil...send him to my house...I'll mix some mayo with him then put him b/n two pieces of wheat :wink:

don't forget the sweet pickles, boiled eggwhites, and diced apples in that mixture and I'll join ya.

I personally have never ever had a problem calling in to Hoyt. I use the 1-800 number and get right through. I ask my questions and they give me the answers. If the answers do not help me I tell them what I am looking for and they can usually come up with it. Rarely hav ethey not! :wink:
