Anyone care to enlighten me on what the differance is between Hoyt's C1/2 cams and the C1/2 Plus cams?

They changed the name in 2008. Don't know of any other difference.

I dont know i think Hoyt made the wall on the +'s better?

The wall is a lot more solid on the Cam 1/2 + compared to the Cam 1/2's. Other then that.....I am unsure of any other differences.

Wall is more solid on the +'s, possibly a little shorter valley and I believe the speed on the +'s is a little better than the regular c.5 (closer to the C2 cam speeds). Don't know about costs on either cam.

that is correct -- Cam & 1/2 was always adjustable draw; I guess it is a little confusing because the C2 is a type of cam-1/2 also

other differences are the Cam-1/2 + is black and does not have the lobe where the string comes off the cam

I have both the c 1/2 plus has a smother draw also.

Cost

The former cam.5's are running out of stock at Hoyt- so if this is what you want you should be on your horse to get ordered. Funny- but dealer cost on the cam.5 + is about $35 higher thant he original cam.5's.
