I have 60-70 lbs limbs on my TH and want to know how low of poundage could I go safely? I shoot my best between 57-59 lbs. How many turns out on the limb bolts would get me down to the 58 lbs range? One last thing would I benefit from trying to find someone to trade my limbs for a set of 50-60 lbs limbs?

You could turn your limbs 5 or 6 turns safely,down to 60 lbs.

A friend of mine shoots his 70 lb. PowerHawk set at 55 lbs. If I remember correctly, 1 turn equates to approx. 2 to 2 1/2 lbs.

I think a bow performs better. The closer you get to top peak weight of a bow.
