Cams do have an effect on peak weight, but not if you use the same DL. To increase PW with the same cams/same DL, you need to up the def rating on the limbs. With the same DL/same arrow weight, look for maybe 10fps bumping up 5lbs.
To go from 65 to 70 it is new limbs. Down side, cost for 5 pounds is not cost effective to what you would gain and above all finding limbs isn't going to be easy for a bow of that age.
You can get #5 by just putting twists into your harness and control cable. It will lengthen your draw a bit but you can either twist up the bow string a little, move the mods to a 1/2" shorter or just shorten your D loop. No need to purchase limbs.
