Be sure and push your arrows all the way into the little rubber thing. I had the same problem when I got my 03 Razortec with the Hoyt 6 arrow quiver. I was told the quiver was made for both carbon and aluminum arrows. Then the guy pushed my arrows down farther into the rubber holder all is fine now.
They can be kinda hard for the first few times but they get easier.
