hi i have just joined this forum, so i can learn new thing about archery (hopefuly)

so my first quetion is

what are the main differances between the hoyt Helix and the Nexus,

i have looked at pics of them, and all i can see is thers that ach thing that spans the back of the helix, in wich the nexus dosent have

so yeah if i have made any sense, maby i could have some help, because i dont want to go and by the helix and find out its not worth the extra 100 they charge more, then the nexus

Most on this section of the site are compound shooters, but welcome aboard!

You might have better luck getting your questions answered in the FITA section of AT, or perhaps the traditional archery section. Lots more recurve shooters in those forums.

personal preference if you want that bar. bar is extra weight. My friends owns a helix and I've shot his bow. the bar kinda bothers me, but that's just me. some people love the bar.
