Dependent on amount of sales, you are offered shooters bows at a discounted rate. Those bows are yours to distribute....mine go to a couple of my shooters....they get them at my cost plus tax and shipping.
That's it. If you shoot for Hoyt, it's a whole different program...two of my shooters also are on the Hoyt staff and they get their bows for free directly from Hoyt.
Tink, dealers cost on shooters bows(national shooting staff)is less than their dealer cost on regular stock. The dealers cost is dependant on how many shooters bows they are entitled to. That amount is determined by volume of sales.
So, getting a bow at shooting staff cost is cheaper than paying retail, or dealers cost.
