i purchased a hunter safety system vest. whats the best way to get rid of the new smell wspecially on the straps? i washed in scent killing detergent, its not as strong now but i know if i can smell it then a deer really can.

I had the same problem when I bought mine. All I did was spray the crap outta it with "e3 Dead Down Wind" and the next day it was fine, and it still is. You could also leave it outside for a night. But e3 worked the best for me
