Hello,
I have hunted Idaho unit 29 for a few years. I have not been out there in a couple years and wondering if it has been severly impacted by wolves? If anyone from I daho can give me some real information please let me know. I will be headed out there with my wife for archery season and wondered if there was a better unit?

Thanks in advance!!

I hunted around Avery in N. Idaho and found two wolf kills myself. Elk dont seem to be bugling no where near as much as previous years.

I hunt a unit very close to that unit for the past few years and I have yet to see a wolf or hear a wolf and I walk out after dark every hunt.Guys in the camp down from us have seen wolfs but so far none of my friends in camp have seen any.I know the wolves are there and I have hunted both sides of the state for about 12 years now and no wolf sittings.
