im from pa.was thinking about going to ohio this year,is there good public land there?? and if so what would be the best? also a friend if mine hunts in illinois and a farmer there charges a 100 bucks a day to hunt his farm,is there anything like that in ohio,and info would bew appreciated...

I second that. And, even though it's on the other side of the state, the SW corner holds some great potential and a little bit of public land right in the middle of the record producing counties.

I don't know who keeps telling you guys we have deer here in Ohio. No deer here try Kentucky or West Virginia.

There are no deer here. They are all small, you have way bigger ones in WV. We don't have any food source for them here, and their antlers are tiny. Stay away
