Just wondering if any of you guys that hunt Near Fayetteville NC would be interested in getting in on my Hunt Club lease. 3800 Acres, two dove fields. Trying to keep the Number of members pretty small, 15 is my goal. I already have 12. The costs per member is goin to be 850-900 bucks. somewhere around 3 bucks an arce. this covers hunt club insurance, the two dove fields, and the lease.

Only thing the lease does not cover is Turkeys, duck and wild quail.

what kind of hunting is going to be allowed ? ? Bow only ? , gun ? dogs ?

Bow and gun hunting allowed, No dogs. 3 sides of the farm are still hunting only. One side does have dogs on it. But we are talking 4000 acres and only 15 hunters, we can stay clear of the side with dogs.

dont know if that last statement was clear, my farm has no dog hunting at all, the property next to us on one side does.
