If you got em' show em'. I know not everybody believes in getting tattoos for either personal or spiritual reasons and I respect that but let's see how many truly dedicated hunters have shown their pride by getting a tattoo representing the greatest thing ever, the outdoors and hunting.

i dont have one yet but will be putting one lower arm, deer skull with barb wire fence wrap around ,,,,,i figure a skull will look better then a deer head done, not unless i find a really good artist like my other half

I'm not saying that. Sorry if it sounded that way to anyone. I just meant that it is one way of showing dedication. In no way does it mean you have to get a tattoo to show your love for the outdoors.

Mine are my favorite quarry of all time....SHARKS!!! 909 lbs was the biggest one I have ever been a part of landing....that sport is a rush. I want to shoot one with my bow set up too...maybe this year when I go home. One of my top regrets of leaving Louisiana is there are no sharks in Wisconsin!! Left arm getting done this year...tribute to my Cajun heritage!! Then we will see what other ink I can canvas from there.....

Anyone that will come to chum....I live in Wisconsin now so I only get to do it every other year or so. This year we 6 caught spinners (cousin to the reef, 2 legals) and a small hammerhead. We also broke off a nice Tiger....about 10' or so, cut the braid with his tail...we think, and had a very large Mako pull the hook off the leader...cheap store bought crap, pulled the strand right out of the crimp. We didn't have time to make our own this trip. I have caught sand, reef, spinner, blue, mako, hammerhead, tiger and a couple of bulls.

My wife and I's retirement vacation will be a cage dive on Guadalupe Island off the western coast of Mexico with Great Whites. Can't catch them anymore as they are protected...so we just figure we will go swim with'em!!! :thumbs_up

I got the Legendary Whitetails logo last summer. Is it unoriginal, yes. But after looking at hundreds of photos of botched deer tattoos with weird looking faces and antlers i knew this was the one that i can look at every day and think of how awesome the logo is and it tells me how much i personally love deer and hunting. Possibly looking at maybe doing another piece (fall theme) on my leg sometime.

I was thinking about getting both my arms done in Realtree AP All the way to my hands. That way I could hunt in short sleeves in the early season.

P.S.. I WAS JUST KIDDING...

this is my tattoo

this is my buck

this is why its special to me

My grandpa passed away a year and a half after i shot this deer. He was basically a father to me. If it weren't for him passing his love for hunting and the outdoors to my father then my father to me I wouldn't be who i am today.

I like that...IMO if i ever got a tattoo it would have to mean something to me...I just can't see myself getting one otherwise
