Just got back from Colorado, what a trip. I got to hunt for 2 1/2 hours then it ended when this guy got in the way of my arrow. I really need to say thanks to my bro-inlaw/ friend who helped me pack him out. I measured him to be 269 1/4, hope it holds. This has been a great year so far, we had a baby boy, I shot a P&Y bear then this looks like it will make it also.

Congrats on the baby boy and p&y elk

The slick tricks look like they did a heckuva job. Is that the entrance or exit in the first picture?

Jim,
Congratulations! Of course you know.....Tammara probably won't be speaking to you now. LOL!

Thanks for sharing the pics!

BTW - We really need to get together and do some shooting.

Entrance, it busted a chunk of bone and held up well, the shot was a little further forward than I would have liked but no complaints, they were just as solid on my bear.
