I can't use a non wrist release due to finger damage.
I've used hook release for past 3 seasons and I just missed the feeling of an old caliper that I used since first day , 25+ yrs ago.
So I sold my Scott Rhino XT and bought a Scott Shark..
It feels AWESOME!!
I'm a firm believer in whatever feels and works great for you, it will produce better results.

Scott Shark user myself- for about the last 10 years.... I've tried other wrist releases, and I had a short run trying the back tension route....but I just can't find a better release (for me) than the Shark.

Scott Shark user here as well. I have tried all the "new" wrist strap releases in the past few years but IMO nothing compares.
