I like to make things out of leather as a hobby and I’m struggling with some ideas for archery. There are quivers and arm guards yes, but what about useful tools that you’d want made for target or hunting? I look forward to hearing your suggestions. Thank you in advance. I need some Leather suggestions
Bow Pod / Kick Stand holsters. I don’t know how common they are now with the changes in limb geometry and modern bow stands. I can post a picture of one later if you want.
The 'coolest' thing I've ever made from leather is an old school water bottle.
You basically stitch two identical pieces together around the edge. Soak in water water to soften. Pack the snot out of it with grain. Let it dry somewhere warm. Then melt a load of beeswax and dunk it in. The wax sets rock hard and makes it waterproof. A wooden stopper finishes it off. I love mine
