IBO Bow weights?

Would like to know if I can leave my weights on for IBO shoots? They are mounted to the lower 1/2. I cannot find it in the rules but want to be sure would hate 4 a DQ.:mg:

For IBO you can only have one stabilizer not to exceed 12".
