I just talked to my buddy who is down there. He said the courses werent terribly long. Only shot one target that was out near 50 yards. As usual though, the courses are tough. The terrain there is tricky. I guess people are misjudging targets by large amounts. There has been a tendancy to shoot stuff for way too many yards. According to him, the targets arent as far as people would like to think they are. It is the worlds, so tough is a good thing. Congrats John, even after day one. Keep it going tommorrow.

They must be taking a page out of the PGA book. The US Open is long and tough. So is the PGA tournament coming up. They want only the best to be there and not make it easy for them.
