I wouldn't ask personally. I'd do it in a safe way and screw the Gov't. PS make sure you wear a mask and keep 6ft away from anyone.

This is what happens when you shoot your bow or cross bow in city limits. This was a rogue arrow that came over multiple fences because the archer missed his targets. Per Idaho State Trooper, it is a misdemeanor to shoot within city limits.

Just because someone isn't safe doesn't make the rest of us unsafe. I have see people try to shoot apples off their buddies heads.......should we make a law against that too? I have an idea. Get that guys info and then deal with him for being unsafe rather than punish responsible folks............you have the everyone must wear a diaper mentality because that fool crapped his pants............lol

I shot in my backyards since I bought my first house in 1990 and my parents yard and old lots etc in between......never had an incident. Hey people shoot themselves cleaning firearms too should we make that illegal in the city?
