i passed up a 125ish nine point, and normally I would never do that. But being I have hunted my whole life in Michigan and at the same point when the 9 was in at 14 yards I had a massive 12 at about 85 yards... The nine would have been my biggest dear to date since my biggest is a 116 8pt out of Michigan. But with this new Land I Want IT TO GET BIG!

Not my biggest by far, but was a respectable buck for the property I was hunting. The gun hunters have the brown its down mentality, so anything that makes it past 2.5 is a shooter for me. 19" inside, 25" beams.

Don't think he is making a excuse just a statement. Been there just starting to see 130 and bigger bucks since thereis no gun hunting around me.

Shot a doe on Monday night. Only have seen a small 1 1/2 yo so far this season. Still getting some stud buck on trail camera, all after dark. Been out every night and everyday during the weekend.

Always take off the 1 st week of Nov, but am thinking of pushing it back a week. Any thoughts?

no luck here yet, deer are always on the other end of the woods from me which is weird because ive done more scent control this year then ever. plenty of time left to drop a few does to fill my freezer
