Practicing with my 100gr montec's and my bow arm moved. Watched the arrow hit the T-post right next to the target. I'm thinking... there goes a ten dollar head. I walk up and am wildly surprised. The point (approx 1/16) is pushed back into the center (ferrule), the two blades making contect with the center post are ever so slightly bent. Nothing broken or snapped. So I put the broadhead on another arrow (arrow was toast) spin tested it and it was fine...I then shot it and it flew straight. I won't use it for hunting but for practice it will be just fine. Hope the attached pictures make it.

That's why Montecs are the best out there

I shoot nothing else. If that happened to an expandable it would have shattered into a bazillion frags.

they are 1 tought head. I had 1 strike an old, long dead ironbark log with little damage
