Whiskeyjock gave a good tip, I've used it with good success. That is my go too when I've tried other obvious fixes with no desired results. It works especially well with my recurves. When setting my nocking point, I always start close to an inch above level and incrementally work my way down until I reach the correct height. Too low of a nocking point can give false results.

Problem solved!

Surprisingly, increasing the tiller allowed me to attain the proper nock point. I didn't think it would be that easy. :)
What did you final nock point and tiller settngs end up being? What was you tiller before you started changing it? This is a good case study so some additional details could be helpful.
