Irish Setter Snow Tracker Boots - Anyone have an opinion?

These boots are on clearance at local Gander Mtn for $60. The tag says regular price $149. Does anyone have these boots, and what is your opinion of them as a whole? The ones on clearance are 600 grams Thinsulate, Gore Tex, rubber and leather. Thanks.
