I have a 28.5 draw lenght @ 65lbs my arrow from nock (where string is) to end of shaft is 29.5. I am shooting the Easton Axis ST 340's with a 100gr tip and 3 Blazer vanes, My FOC is about 9.6 not sure if that matters.

340's will be ok

I used to shoot 340's but I have 30" DL and was shooting 70# so it might be a little stiff just a little
A 400 shaft would be ok also with the shorter DL

I shoot the 340s but you will not need that much spine unless you are drawing between 72-75lbs. I like the penetration of a heavier arrow and you might also. Otherwise, gain a few fps by shooting the 400s
