Is this normal??

I shoot the same bow for hunting and target. I can sight it in using a backtension release and hit good. ( That is with all of my stabilizers 24in front and 12 back bar) When I switch to a wrist strap I shoot about 4 inches to the right. I still group good but I shoot right? Any thoughts?

Its in your anchor I do the same thing.
