Is this worth buying? Bear bearcat & nirk pioneer

I have come across a couple of bows for sale but I dont know much about them. The first is a 1953 Bear Bearcat. The second is a Nirk Pioneer. Now Ive heard of the bear but I know nothing about the Nirk. Does anybody have any knowledge of if these are worth buying? I know the bear is a recurve and the Nirk is supposed to be a recurve as well. The person is trying to sell them together for $150. Keep in mind though, I havent seen them so I cannot say the condition.
