Pro shops..... I get it $$ are tight go with the time proven winners...
But it seems every shop I wonder into these days has....
Mathews, Hoyt and Bowtech... Some just Mathews, Hoyt... That seems to be the standard menu. I was in a shop in Portland Metro today... Haven't been there in years hoping to finally see, touch, shoot an Alien... (Not that I didn't order one sight unseen back in Jan)......:mg: This guy had never heard of Rytera ... Let alone and Alien... OK next I ask about Alpine ... "Well ummm... I sell the quivers and such... Dunno much about the bows"......... For Pete's sake... I'm just dumbfounded that "Pro shops" don't have a clue .....
O... and they had an Archery Talk hat for sale on the shelf..
Maybe it's a Timothy Leary deal man..."Tune in... Turn on...& Drop out"
I mean you'd think they'd know the competition as well as the products they push ....
This is about the 3rd time I've heard the same dumb answers in about 3 weeks and this is a pretty big shop... About 4 guys on the payroll when I was there it seemed
Don't get me wrong Mathews and Hoyt are fine bows but there are others especially when I all ready tried out everything from those two this year
