Picked up an Axcel Armortech HD on AT. It was new but I was not the original owner. Right away started having a problem with the micro adjust for the pins (I know ...don't overtighten). I called Axcel, got an answer on the second ring, hardly finished explaining the problem and they said to just send it in and they would fix it.
Gotta love a company who stands behind their product!
